Thats why we continue testing new units early in real battle conditions: checking how it performs at different crit and Legendarity levels, in PvP or Co-Op, across various playstyles and decks. This helps us gather more data about the unit and ensure that it fits the role and matches the set parameters, or - to timely make the necessary adjustments before the unit becomes available for everyone. To collect as much data as possible and prepare useful tips faster, weve involved special testers and content creators in the process and temporarily added the Valkyrie to their accounts. Whats next? Get ready for Update 34.0 Truly legendary changes are coming! Legendarity. Some have heard of it, some have even read about it. This new attribute will unlock a range of new capabilities, remove the need to endlessly search for the right factions on items, and greatly diversify your battles even with the same old units! Items will be replaced with Perks, which will work passively across your entire account. They wont be tied to any specific faction, which makes them a more convenient and universal solution. All item fragments will be converted into Perk Fragments, while Essences will remain unchanged. Fragments will be used to upgrade Perks, and Essences will upgrade Artifacts. We also want to make it easier to build a fresh deck and try something unexpected, even when the meta has multiple strong options right away.That's why it's crucial for us to ensure that the Pantheon bonus lets players with a new unit feel confident in battle. The extra boost makes early-game mistakes less punishing, so you can truly assess a unit's potential instead of just imagining how long it would take to upgrade it. How will the New Pantheon workSince the critical damage system is changing, the Pantheon bonus will update along with it: the previous main bonus will be replaced with a simpler, more straightforward one Damage Bonus. LegendarityA new account progression stat that grows as you level up your legendary units and heroes. Legendarity is what allows you to unlock brand-new abilities powerful spells and unique artifacts. Artifacts add passive effects to your deck that work automatically throughout the battle, much like enchantments. Spells, on the other hand, are active abilities you can trigger at just the right moment. Spell usage can completely shift the flow of a fight, but dont forget that it has a cooldown.For every deck, youll be able to equip up to three artifacts and one spell. The number of abilities available to you and the number of slots you can customize will depend on your Legendarity and amount of your trophies. PerksThese are permanent bonuses that replace items. Perks dont need to be activated they work across all your decks and arent tied to any faction. Each perk has its own progression levels, and you can upgrade them using perk fragments, a special resource created by converting old item fragments.Speaking of that! In this update, all existing enchantments, sets, items, and their fragments will be transformed into useful resources for the new system perks, perk fragments, essences, hammers, and gold. Why change the Pantheon at allWe want you to enjoy new mechanics and cool combos right from your first battles, not only after you've leveled up a unit to a high rank. We also want to make it easier to build a fresh deck and try something unexpected, even when the meta has multiple strong options right away.That's why it's crucial for us to ensure that the Pantheon bonus lets players with a new unit feel confident in battle. The extra boost makes early-game mistakes less punishing, so you can truly assess a unit's potential instead of just imagining how long it would take to upgrade it. How will the New Pantheon workSince the critical damage system is changing, the Pantheon bonus will update along with it: the previous main bonus will be replaced with a simpler, more straightforward one Damage Bonus. The newest unit, fresh to the Pantheon, will get an additional temporary boost the Novelty Bonus. Once the next unit joins the Pantheon (or the novelty period ends), the Novelty Bonus expires, leaving it with the standard Pantheon Bonus.In the end, all five Pantheon units will always have a powerful base damage bonus, while the Novelty Bonus is either on the single newest unit at any given time, or, for the time being, on none at all until the next rising star arrives.
