Star Traders: Frontiers turned 6 this summer! The game's now received more than 250 free content updates since it released out of Early Access. This week we launched a purely optional, no-locked-content-or-features $5 Supporter DLC on Steam. It's just a way for those who want to support our studio and the future of Star Traders to do so.We want to emphasize: no pressure! New update! New 9000-mass ship the Degla Heavylift, increased weighting for the recent Zendu Relic additions, a new armored cargo hold ship component, and more. Have you done more playthroughs with beefy high-mass ships or nimble low-mass ones?:

Since resuming updates early this month, we've rolled out three more adding new gear, new ship components (including a first-of-its-kind Level 10 Autocannon), tweaked Black Market and Rare Trade Good systems, and added some nice new QoL improvements. Hope you're enjoying all the new content!:

There are some great guides in the Steam community for Star Traders. Player burnhj's been on a tear lately with an updated Relentless Bounty Hunter Guide, new Marauding Pirate Guide, and a new collection of 14 hand-picked custom map seeds. Might be good spaces to try out the new Traveler Hyperware and other ship components in our latest update! :

Star Traders got a new update, but did you know Templar Battleforce (set in the same universe) did too? (Links to both in the comments.) Released in 2015 before Star Traders: Frontiers really put us on the map, Battleforce is one of our highest-rated hidden gems on Steam, 93% with 800+ reviews.:
