Ladies and getlenerds, the last STORY UPDATE of will be available, hopefully, by the end of the NEXT WEEK! This post is going to be a long one, so get ready to scroll! :D - WHY it took so long?... Well, making games is hard and when the team is small, if someone get sick, get married, goes on vacation, goes to a big fair, broke his pc, things get slow down. The last story chapter is very story driven, there are a lot of dialogues and things happening, and it takes a lot of time to do it. - Will if be the LAST one? Of course not! We have a lot planned for Do&De Advanced! More updates in the future will expand the world, add more classes, costumes, secrets, weapons, upgrade, side-quests and more :D - What to EXPECT from this update? In this update, we completed the storyline, giving to players an epic conclusion to the (mis)adventure of the four nerds! No classes have been added or epic end-game adventures, those will be added in the next update that will take less time to make as they won't be "story related" and easy to make :) - Is it really going to be NEXT WEEK? Well, yeah, we hope to :D We are running the latest test and unless we find something bad, the update will be available by the end of September (2016). Did you know that the story of Freebie Link is based on real events? Well, it's based on four real people (Nigel, Mike, Johnny and Francis who is missing from the picture), four friends of the makers of Doom & Destiny. The first prototype of the game was made as a joke/parody of them. Unfortunately, they liked the joke and "convinced" the young and naive Benjamin to make a full-fledged game out of that small demo. Seven years later, we are still here making fun... I mean...... Telling how great the four friends are and how glad we are to have them as a friends and protagonist of the Doom & Destiny series. [ITA] Lo sapevate che la storia di Freebie Link basata su eventi realmente avvenuti? Beh, per dirla meglio, basata su quattro persone vere (Nigel, Mike, Johnny e Francis che manca in foto), quattro amici degli sviluppatori di Doom & Destiny. Il primo prototipo nacque come scherzo/parodia di loro. Purtroppo, lo scherzo piacque e "convinsero" il giovane e sprovveduto Benjamin a completare l'avventura. Sette anni dopo, siamo ancora qui a canzonare... Voglio dire...
