A game is nothing without the player community that brings it to life, and your commitment over the years remains essential. The year 2025 was full of twists and turns, both for the team (now strengthened with many talented graphic designers) and in the way we work. Today, Id like to look back on the recent changes and talk about whats coming next: while some directions are here to stay, others will keep evolving. Bingo grids Over the past year, we made several changes to how Bingo grids are offered. The goal was for almost all mutants and skins obtainable throughout the year to belong to at least one grid, sometimes even multiple grids for certain ones. This approach seems to have been well received by the community, and were keeping it in 2026, with three new grids arriving over the next few weeks, as soon as the first mutants start appearing in them. Dont worry: the 2025 grids remain available like those from previous years, except for the temporary Anniversary and Christmas grids, which remain limited to the duration of those events. Mystery Tokens When opening Mystery Boxes over the past year, you were able to obtain 2025 Mystery Tokens. They will become usable very soon to claim the 2025 skins you may have missed. This new system will let you complete your Bingo grids by directly choosing the mutant you want using Mystery Tokens. Regular rotations will take place, similar to what you already know from the Exchange Office or the Challenge Hall, but using Mystery Tokens only.In addition, 2026 Mystery Boxes will work on the same principle as those from 2025 and will introduce a new Mystery Token specifically for 2026, dedicated to acquiring skins from the current year. More regular balance updates In 2025, certain constraints led us to reduce balance patches to just two large-scale updates for the entire year. This year, goal is to release one balance patch per quarter. This will allow us to react faster if the meta evolves in problematic ways and to correct situations where certain mutants become overly dominant in PvP. The latest patch was deployed around November, and the next one is currently planned between late February and mid-March.Id like to remind you how important your feedback is: dont hesitate to answer surveys and feedback requests posted on the games Facebook page. Your input is invaluable for identifying which mutants the community considers the most problematic. A word on the narrative In 2025, we also worked on developing the narrative side of Mutants: Genetic Gladiators, with more complex and more detailed scenes for the years events. Following your positive feedback, we intend to continue in this direction, and were not ruling out adding additional narrative elements on other occasions, to strengthen immersion in the world of Genetic City and to experience ever more gripping (and delightfully offbeat!) adventures alongside Eva, Darwin, Urban, and the other characters. Cheaters & Anti-Cheat Last year, we improved methods for detecting and targeting cheating. These efforts helped strengthen fight against it and made the game environment healthier for players who play legitimately. However, this work is far from finished, and we will continue to reinforce actions in the coming months.Id also like to remind you that if you discover an exploitable bug, the best course of action is to report it to teams.
