The survey shows that most players approve of the game, but there are those who see certain problems in it. The main problems that you specified are as follows The town takes too much time to be upgraded, A bad matching system in the Arena, and Instability and crashes. The slow upgrade problem is especially important for players with a Castle Level of 7 and higher. We have ways to make the game progress more dynamic, and we are planning to move in that direction. We will also consider ways to improve matchmaking and the game's performance. Favorite Game Modes Players with different Castle Levels unanimously chose Arena as their favorite mode. Phoenix Rush being up the most questions. Many players with Castle Level up to 10 think of Phoenix Rush as their favorite mode. But as the Castle Level increases, we can observe a dramatic drop of satisfaction that the mode offers. We also learned that many players would not level up the Phoenix Lair higher than 30. This is a troubling sign for us, because we want every game mechanics to be exciting and enjoyable to play. We will think on how to make this mode more fascinating for you. Phoenix Rush has its own audience, though; and so we are not planning on removing the mode completely. efforts will be directed at improving your game experience. Phoenix Rush Duration Your answers to the question of optimum duration were quite varied. But the majority are inclined to reducing the duration of the mode. We are considering the option of shortening Phoenix Rush to two weeks, but this change is not going to affect the nearest battles. Such a shortening can influence many factors, such as forming tournament brackets, obtaining rewards, the number of players that can receive and upgrade a Phoenix. We perform extra analyses to make sure that the changes will influence game experience positively. Short-Term Plans Currently we are converting the game to HTML5, since Flash Player will be no longer supported by Adobe and all the browsers and will soon become unavailable. We are putting all effort into this conversion, that's why the game hasn't had any big updates for a long time. After the conversion to HTML5 is complete and possible issues are fixed, we are going to develop new mechanics and improve the current game experience. Stay with us! Freebie Link
