Greetings, Masters! Here is a quick guide to how to reduce the likelihood of app crashes when playing Monster Super League! [Close other background apps]... If there are other apps running in the background hogging your RAM, Please make sure to close other background apps to free up RAM on your device. *You may also restart the app if you think it's not functioning correctly! [Uninstall & Reinstall] Try uninstalling Monster Super League app, clear the data and cache of the game application, and then reinstall. You may expect some level of improvements on disk space, as well as app crashes. *Current version:1.0.20052107 requires at least 1.8~1.9GB of disk space. *Make sure to link your MSL account to either your in-house platform(Google or Apple) or Facebook prior to carrying out this process. [Utilise Low Power Mode & Low - Res Mode] All players also have an option to opt for playing on low-power / low-res mode which could be a great help in reducing the likelihood of app crashes. These options can be found in "Settings". Each mode performs; Low Power Mode - limits the frame rate (FPS) to what your device's recommended frame rate is. *You may toggle it on-off by tapping its button in "Settings" Low Res Mode - Lowers the overall graphics quality of the game which should optimise the game to be smoother. *You may toggle it on-off by tapping its button in "Settings" These options can also be activated by clicking Cogwheel icon in Region Defense & Clan Conflict.

[Notice] - Known Issue Hey there Masters :( As many of masters have inquired over the past few days via Customer Support page, team is currently aware of the bug where the crit rate of more than 100% achieved through Gems/Trinkets/Enhancement upgrades is not being reflected in the Astromons' actual stats properly. ... This issue is expected to be fixed in the next update. We sincerely apologise for not being able to fix the said issue right now, as team is currently inundated with lots of priorities that must be handled before anything else. Quick Rundown on Known Issue Gems/Trinkets/Enhancement upgrades do not apply when exceeding 100% Crit. rate. Leader skills as well buffs however are nevertheless working as intended. Please be guided that even if your Astromon's Resist. stat surpasses above 85%, your Astromon's actual Resist. stat will still stay hard-capped at 85% regardless of the enhancement results. Since team has come to the conclusion that this may mislead some of the masters, team will set the value of Resist. in stats not to go past 85% in the next update.... team is also aware of a minor translation error with the prefix of the new Super Evo.
