This means that it is not possible for us to make someone else the Leader even though the current Leader is inactive or has been inactive for an extended period of time. Hello Commander! Remember that we always recommend you play via Wi-Fi. There is a signal strength icon in the upper right corner of the game during battle. Please make sure you have full 4 green-color bars, which indicates you have good signal strength and ping speed.
