UPDATE as of Noon PST, 04/02/20 Known issues on the list for maintenance fixes coming soon - Some Annual Subscribers are unable to claim monthly rewards.... - Canter Pirouette does not display a horse. - Selle Francais T3 and T4 have incorrect coloration (they bear the Pampas coloring) - Players are unable to click Like on their friend's Dressage pictures. - Players are not receiving weekly Steeplechase rewards. - Glimmering Fairy Horse invisible / has no wings. - The mine in Germany is not working. - Some players cannot click Like on any of their friend's Dressage pictures. - The racing season 1 time and season star time are different - Some horses cannot be trained in Dressage. - VIP PACK issue (diamonds not delivering) These bugs will be fixed a few at a time and patched in asap. ***If you experience a bug NOT on this list, please use the Message function to send me a note, with screenshots to support where appropriate and a screenshot of your Player Information. DRESSAGE NOTE Many of the newly upgraded horse models are not yet coded to participate in Dressage - the Dev Team says they are planning a special Dressage event in next month's update when these horses are incorporated into the program. Will post details as we get closer to it!

My game artist friends had a tough time deciding, but the votes are finally in for the Spring Lady Screenshot Challenge! Congratulations to - Melissa Halstead Frisella (they loved the costume you chose) - Moon Creek Stables (adding the cherry blossom background really set the scene)... - Tizi Guelli (a simple, elegant layout, lovely blending of warm, soft colors between the horse and stable) - Cally Vitale (stunning costume choice, perfect for the horse) - Bejefalk Anna (a whole herd of Spring Lady gave a great view of the breed's variety of colors, nice to see them in action in the pasture) - Gena Lewis (what a gorgeous background scene you made for this. Really made the horse come alive through a lot of extra effort in editing) - Brandy Gierman (simple and clean cut, really looks like the embodiment of spring, good contrast with stable background) - Anniina Iltanen (up close and personal was a great choice, lets us see the horse's personality) - Lucia Flavia Cavallo (this horse looks so incredibly happy) - Daphne Jean (another great costume choice - evokes a flamenco dancer look) I will message each of these winners via PM here. Important note re Dressage Scores! The Dev Team has carefully analyzed the data, and says, "We have investigated in dressage score points data and found some players dressage score point was cumulated each time they join the dressage.(The score on the leaderboard should have be the highest score, not the cumulated score)." Therefore, it was not cheating, it was a bug... this bug has been FIXED.... Thank you to all those who helped us track down the issue. The previous Dressage will not be reset, but the new ones will proceed properly.

***Laddies for Ladies!*** The last Horse Racing season was supposed to reward top 50 players with a male Exclusive Spring Lady - unfortunately due to an error, mares were sent to the winners instead. All those who placed in the top 50 will soon receive a MALE Spring Lady. The winners of the new Racing Season will definitely get a male Spring Lady as well. Let the happy breedings commence! ... (Unfortunately it is not possible to extend the current breeding event.)

Please know that while we do not address these issues publicly due to the need for data collection and evidence, we do take these matters very seriously. If you have clicked on "Message" here and sent us what you feel is proof of cheating, the Dev team *will* investigate. You asked for the return of our Constellation I lineup; they'll be offered for sale for a limited period, starting March 13th! Each horse will be available for only 3-4 days, so snap up your favorite when you see it! We will also offer several different horse family packs during March. March 13 Pisces I, Aquarius I March 17 Libra I, Aries I March 20 Leo I, Sagittarius I March 23 Scorpio I, Taurus I... March 26 Cancer I, Capricorn I March 29 Virgo I, Gemini I (ends March 31).

Clarification! The Dressage Show Winner is offered for direct sale for a limited period of time, complete with outfit. If it is a Tier 4 horse, the buyer will get the T4 horse even if they do not have the T4 certificate. However, they still need a certificate if they wish to breed for that T4 horse in future. Please note that the purchased horse does NOT come with the same level or skills as the winner - some things you have to earn yourself!

Update We have hidden some of your friend from your friend list to avoid lagging issues when visiting friends farms. Dev team will constantly working on this issue. Don't worry, you won't lose your friend. They will be back on your friend list soon! Progress notes:... Fixed 1. Freezing when asking for friend help in dressage. 2. Increased number of requests for help in dressage. 3. Crash when visiting friends ranches. 4. Freezing when breeding horses. The following issues will be fixed with the next available update 1. Restarting at the top after buying an item from the store. 2. Leg wrap visual glitches. Dev is aware of and still working on the following issues, no confirmed date yet 1. Fence glitch 2. Skill upgrade not shown after training at dressage. 3. When planting crops in one field multiple fields get planted. 4. Friend horse search feature. 5. Visiting friends farms is very slow (I've asked for Player Info in another post, this is very important!) 6. Friend list missing. Some players reports missing quest icons; this may be because you have already completed available quests. Continuing to take feedback on this. Thank you for all your support!

2020 DECORATOR CHALLENGE WINNERS! Whew! I recruited three gaming friends who are also artists to pick the winners. They all said that this was a real challenge, and in the end they could not agree on just ten... so we have eleven winners! They were amazed at the level of detail and design skill in the entries and wanted me to pass on how impressed they were. Hello all, you may have heard on the news that the Chinese government has extended the Chinese New Year by three days in response to the threat posed by the emerging coronavirus outbreak. In accordance with local ordinance, the HHWA team (based in Shanghai) will remain out of office during this period and will not be back in office until Feb 3 at the earliest. This precaution means that our in-game dates and updates *may* be affected. We will provide more info when possibl...e, and thank you in advance for your patience. *Our Customer Support center is open and will remain open throughout this period, as they are in a location not affected by these regulations. DO continue to submit tickets for technical issues, missing items and gameplay-affecting bugs.* Our thoughts go out to all those in the affected areas of China and beyond, and hope that they will get through this serious health issue quickly. Constellations continue to be our most sought-after horse group. Right now you can buy Cancer III, or preorder Aries III. On January 24, you can buy Aries or Preorder Taurus! Remember that you can earn Constellation IIs in the Special Quest Exchange or by picking up an Annual Subscription!
