Freebie Link caught up with us about our 80% work week experiment. We launched it last year as a 6-month trial, during which anyone working at Fingersoft could work 80% hours with 90% salary.In this article our CEO Jaakko Kylmoja shares some of the results and learnings. In September we offered our people the chance to try out working 80% hours with 90% pay. Two months in and the experiment has raised a lot of interest.Last week at Northern Glow our CEO Jaakko Kylmoja gave a talk about Fingersoft's company culture and the reasons leading up to this experiment.
