Overall, channel on Discord is the best means to receive fast response from team related to any in-game issues, changes, and other specific problems that can be sent to us in short messages, for example, the currently known issue with changing prices in the current event shop, ...which is a temporary mistake from end and team is working on fixing it as soon as possible. Please, have in mind Discord IS NOT a service to play game, so you not need play at all there. That server is just flexible tool for a centralized communication with all players.
