ALL ABOARD! Ahoy, Zombies! We've released a tech update for pirate islands. Hoist the sails! What's new?... - The pirate never gets to the same island twice. Each time you go to a pirate island, you see a different location. - All treasures and roulettes will be hidden in the new places, so you never know in advance where they are. You can reach these locations only on Pirate Boats, Schooners and Caravels. You always need a crew to get there. The sailors get the same island the captain does. P.S. THATS IT, FOLKS Weve released the final chapter of the Tremendous Change quest line. Its last update in many senses. The story of greenish friend ends, and we won't be making any major content updates to Zombie Island. It was a tough decision, and at times it seemed almost impossible. Could we possibly first big social game leave behind? Something that ensured success? The project that taught us how to make good games? The game that proved that even the ...weirdest ideas and the most ridiculous jokes can be weaved together into a world of fun? We've been trying to postpone it for quite some time. Weve been releasing updates, coming up with new game mechanics, adding new complicated features to poor old game engine. Weve been debating about the gameplay, balancing game economics, listening to the players feedback, making jokes. We did everything we could to make Zombie Island awesome. And yet Its time to say goodbye. We need to leave firstborn brainchild be. The City of Humans is the last quest line update. WHAT EXACTLY WILL HAPPEN? First and foremost, were not shutting down servers and were not removing the Zombie Island application. We just stop doing updates with quests. In the near future, we will add something cool to pirate locations, so that itd be more fascinating to explore them. And thats it. From time to time, we will be launching zombucks sales and discounts on items and buildings. Well add new decorations for Ned to find. And we surely will give presents on holidays! The game support and this community will keep working as usual. Were not going anywhere! We hope the players who havent completed all the quests yet will continue playing and helping one another. You, guys, are greatest asset, and we are not ready to say goodbye yet. Please, remember, we are here for you. Remember that all these eight years we have been making the game with all heart. STORYLINE UPDATE. CITY OF HUMANS All of a sudden Zombie receives a parcel from the old friend! It's time to get back to the Island of Inventors and help Maker finish another curious invention. The Ornithopter brings Zombie to the Flying Islands, but the weather leaves much to be desired. Heavy air uprushes and annoying bees all around. What's the mysterious figure over there? Is she in trouble? ... You need to complete the previous storyline parts to reach the Flying Islands and the City of Humans. Make sure to collect all valuable resources from the Flying Islands and the Island of Inventors before going to the City of Humans. You won't be able to travel there anymore!
