Save up your whistles. Use them to fill all your lower tracks and let those trains sit there. Once all your lower tracks are filled, every whistle you use calls a hyperloop train, some worth 100,000+ xp per train. Just click or touch the hyperloop only and then use another whistle to call another hyperloop as all your other tracks are full.
