Mayors, We have investigated the issues with the Chromebooks not working with game any longer. What we have found out is that with Chromebooks newest OS update in August 2019, they are no longer compatible with some Facebook games, ours being one of them Unfortunately, team is not able to fix this, as it is not a game issue however, it is the Chromebook OS August 2019 Update specific issue.... Friends, thanks to your messages, we found an error in the way the Bay Spa works - for some of you the building got unlocked ahead of time and was included in the tourist orders. Now this error is fixed and for those of you that were affected by this issue it's important to know the following The spa will become again locked until you fulfill the conditions for its construction (Swimming Pool Level 2). Piastres and other resources spent on its construction / improvement... were returned. Mayors, as you might already know, Adobe will stop supporting Flash Player in 2020. Therefore, it is necessary to convert to HMTL5 in order to keep the game going. There is a huge amount of code in SuperCity and it requires a lot of testing, but it is something that we need to do! The below recommendations are mostly for HMTL5 because we are preparing for this big change, however, if you are still on Flash player and your game is not running so smooth, you can also check the... below recommendations, for the most part its the same for Flash. Let's start with the second one You can have just a special order/bonus task at a time, because there is only one slot for a special order. We noticed this is a potential source of confusion recently and wanted to mention it. So complete 4 regular orders and you get a special order, complete the special order, then again 4 regular, then again a special order and so on! So, if you have ...a bonus order already open then if you are doing more regular orders they will NOT count towards another bonus because the bonus is already being worked on. They only count when you see the 0/4 counter. The special orders started dropping marathon pointsYou can find this information in the game already, however, please note that this does not apply to special orders received before the update, this will apply with the bonus order received next!
