clear all of the cards by removing combinations of 1or 2 cards that total 13 points
Aces count 1, jack as 11, queens as 12 and kings as 13
At any stage, you may deal 3 new cards from the deck onto the waste piles by simply clicking on the top of the deck. you need to clear all of the cards to complete the pyramid
