General Strategies

     
  • Take your time  The Past Within is not a race. Move through the game at your own pace, and take the time to explore the world and its characters.

  • Read dialogue carefully  Dialogue is often the key to unlocking puzzles and progressing the story. Take note of what characters say, and think about the implications of their words.

  • Save frequently  Make sure you save your game often so that you don't lose your progress if something goes wrong.

Combat Strategies

     
  • Know your enemy  Before engaging in combat, take note of the enemy's weaknesses and strengths and plan accordingly.

  • Use the environment  Look around and make use of the environment to gain an advantage in battle. For example, use terrain to block enemy attacks, or use objects to distract your opponents.

  • Focus on one enemy at a time  Don't get overwhelmed by multiple enemies at once. Focus on one enemy at a time and take them out one by one.

Puzzle Strategies

     
  • Use your intuition  Think carefully about each puzzle and use your intuition to figure out what you need to do. Pay attention to the clues around you and use logic to solve the puzzles.

Changing device time in The Past Within is educational and experimental kindly read some general info:

  • Before executing time cheat steps, please make sure to backup your current game progress using Google or Helium,Read more here. Or try this in any other device which doesn't have any sensitive information.
  • To fix error if any caused by time cheat you need to follow steps again to max your lives or Energy, exit game (before exit make sure your lives or energy is max otherwise repeat step.), go to settings and change date time to current. When You open game now everything is normal and fixed.
