This traditional game uses a standard 52-card deck, with each player initially dealt 9 or 10 cards. The remaining cards form a 'market' in the middle, ready for players to draw from. Understanding the Rules of Phom:

1. The player with an extra card at the start initiates the game.
2. On your turn, you must discard a card to your right. The next player then takes their turn.
3. If the card discarded by the player to your left completes a 'Phom' (a set of three or more cards, either of the same rank but different suits, or a run of three or more cards of the same suit) within your hand, you can 'eat' it. Otherwise, you draw a new card from the central market.
4. Any card you 'eat' from another player must be clearly marked.
5. The game concludes when either the central market is exhausted, or a player manages to declare a hand with zero points (meaning all their cards form Phoms or 'gửi' to others' Phoms).
6. Your score is determined by the total value of cards not part of any Phom.

Winning the Game:

The winner is the player with the lowest total points from their unmatched cards. In case of a tie in points, the player who 'eats' a card just before the final round will be declared the winner. Strategize your discards, form your Phoms wisely, and aim for a low score to claim victory!
