General Tips

• Stay alert and be prepared to react quickly to any threats
• Explore your environment and learn about the various objects and items you come across
• Make sure you have enough resources to survive, such as food, water, and weapons
• Save often and keep multiple saves in case you make a wrong decision
• Plan your actions carefully and think about the consequences before you act

Combat Strategies

• If possible, try to avoid combat and use stealth to get past enemies
• If you must engage in combat, use cover to protect yourself and make sure you have a way out
• Conserve your ammo and use it strategically; try to take out enemies with a single shot where possible
• Be aware of your surroundings and use the environment to your advantage; try to use the terrain to funnel enemies into a single location
• Use special items and abilities to your advantage; for example, throwing a flash grenade can disorient enemies, giving you an edge in combat

Exploration Strategies

• Look for hidden items and areas to explore; often these are tucked away in obscure corners or behind obstacles
• Be sure to check your map regularly and make sure you are heading in the right direction
• If you get lost, use landmarks to help you find your way; for example, look for tall towers or large rocks to help orient yourself
• Pay attention to audio and visual cues; often these can provide clues to areas or items that are hidden or off the beaten path
• Be sure to search containers and other objects thoroughly; often they contain valuable items or resources
