Engaging Gameplay

Each player begins with a token on the starting square (typically "1" at the bottom left) and takes turns rolling a single die. Move your token along a fixed route, usually in a serpentine (boustrophedon) path, from the bottom to the top of the playing area. The excitement truly begins when you land on special squares:

• Ladders: Land at the bottom of a "ladder," and you'll immediately ascend to its higher-numbered square, speeding your progress!
• Snakes (or Chutes): Beware! Landing on the higher-numbered square of a "snake" will send your token sliding down to its lower-numbered square, setting you back.

If you roll a 6, you get to take another turn immediately after moving your token. Otherwise, play passes to the next player. The first player to successfully navigate the board and reach the final square wins the game! Perfect for family fun and a great way to revisit a childhood classic.
