FreeCell Rules Overview:
FreeCell is played with a single deck of 52 cards, all dealt face-up into eight columns at the start of the game.
- Free Cells: The four white frames on the left of the screen are your "free cells," where you can temporarily store single cards.
- Home Cells: The four white frames on the right are the "home cells," where your ultimate goal is to build stacks of cards.
- Card Movement:
- Only the playing cards at the bottom of each column can be moved.
- Within columns, you can move cards onto another card that is one number larger and of a different color (e.g., a red 5 on a black 6).
- A free cell can hold only one card at a time.
- In the home cells, you must play cards of the same suit in ascending order, from Ace (1) up to King (K).
- Winning: The game is cleared when all 52 cards are successfully arranged into their respective home cells.
