How To Play (Standard Rules):

• The Board: The standard dartboard is divided into 20 numbered sections, scoring from 1 to 20 points, separated by wires.
• Scoring Zones:
  • Single Area: Hitting the large portions of each numbered section scores the points value of that section.
  • Triple Area: Hitting the thin inner portions (red or green) scores triple the points value.
  • Double Area: Hitting the thin outer portions (red or green) scores double the points value (e.g., double-20 is often called double-top).
  • Bullseye: The central circle consists of a green outer ring (25 points, "outer bull" or "iris") and a red or black inner circle (50 points, "bull" or "inner bull"). The inner bull counts as a double when specific game rules require doubling in or out.
• No Score: Hitting outside the outer wire, or if a dart does not remain embedded in the board until collected by the player, scores nothing. However, on electronic boards, darts falling out are typically counted.
• Valid Score: A dart only scores if its point is embedded in or touching the playing surface.
