How "Moevation" Works

At its core, Burn Your Fat With Me functions as a Japanese visual novel game. However, instead of solving mysteries or building cases, players advance the engaging story by achieving real-life fitness goals, such as completing 50 sit-ups in three minutes.

The story centers on your evolving relationship with Mayu Uehara, your charming childhood friend. Divided into 20 fully-voiced episodes, Mayu will count your repetitions and cheer you on as you perform sit-ups, push-ups, and squats with your device. As your bond with Mayu strengthens and the story progresses, your fitness goals will become more challenging. Committing to the story may take several months of dedicated training, but stick with it, and you'll have impressive real-world results to show for your efforts!

Note: The base game includes story episodes 1-8. Additional episodes and exercises (push-ups and squats are unlocked after completing episode 8) can be purchased in-game. Episodes 1-11 exclusively utilize the sit-up function.

Beyond the Story: Training Mode

Regular training is crucial for tackling the more difficult story trials. In Training Mode, you can select your preferred exercise, target repetitions, and time limit. Mayu will count your reps and provide encouraging cheers. Using Timed Training Mode also earns you Moevation Points, which can be used to unlock bonus content, including new episodes.
