I Cannot Log Into Bingo Blitz Anymore

Just yesterday, I encountered logging onto BB in a way I’ve never seen before now. Please refer to the three screenshots.  

The third picture was first, the first picture was next, and 

after pressing continue, I got the second picture. There is No way to login Facebook since there is no option to press and go anywhere. This is really strange.   

I have restarted my phone twice.  I have deleted BB and reinstalled twice. Both didn’t fix the problem. 

Can you help me?
