Despite its name, Billionaire Chess is not a chess game, but rather an exciting digital board game that immerses you in the thrilling world of property trading and economic strategy, much like a classic real estate mogul game! Roll the dice, navigate the board, and outmaneuver your opponents to become the ultimate billionaire. Play against a challenging built-in AI or gather your friends for a local multiplayer showdown on a single device!

Game Rules & How to Play:

Each player rolls dice and moves their token clockwise around the board. In 1-dice mode, rolling a 6 grants an extra turn. In 2-dice mode, matching numbers on both dice gives an extra turn. Be careful: three consecutive extra turns will land you in Jail for "caught speeding!"

The board features 25 normal properties, 3 unique bidding properties, "Risk" and "Chance" spaces, an Airport, a Prison, a "Go To Prison" space, and a Start space. When you land on an unowned property, you can purchase it and later develop it by buying houses (half the property's price) or hotels (triple the property's price). Landing on an owned property requires you to pay rent to the owner. Owning all properties in a color group doubles the rent collected!

The 3 bidding properties (Subway, Railway, Harbor) are acquired through auction. Owning a group of these also grants double rent, but they cannot be developed with houses or hotels. Passing the Start space earns you $2000, but landing directly on it does not. The Airport instantly transports you to another location on the board. Landing on "Go To Prison" sends you directly to jail. To be released from Prison, roll a 6 (1-dice) or doubles (2-dice), use a "Get Out of Prison Free" card, or pay a fee. While in Prison, you cannot collect rent. If you remain in Prison for three consecutive turns, you are forced to pay your way out. "Risk" and "Chance" spaces add unpredictability, leading to various outcomes like paying money, moving spaces, or receiving a "Prison Free" card.

If you need to pay money but lack sufficient funds, you'll be forced to sell your properties until you can cover the cost. The game concludes when only one player remains solvent, crowned the ultimate billionaire!
