Rules of the Game:
Bagh-Bakri is played by two players on a 25-point board, with one player controlling 4 tigers and the other controlling a larger number of goats (the goat count may vary with difficulty levels). Pieces can only move along the lines drawn on the board.
- The game starts with 4 tigers positioned at the board's corners. The goat player then places 4 goats on any empty spaces. Afterward, tiger and goat turns alternate.
- Goats are initially placed from a "goat shed" on the board. Once all goats are placed, they can then be moved from one adjacent empty space to another.
- Tigers must also move to an adjacent empty space during their turn. A tiger can "kill" a goat by jumping over it to an empty space in a straight line, removing the captured goat from the game. A tiger cannot jump over another tiger. Killed goats are visually collected, and the count is displayed.
- Special "purple lines" on the board may indicate areas where tigers cannot kill goats, adding another strategic layer.
- A goat can only move to an adjacent empty space and cannot jump over any other piece.
- Victory Conditions: The tiger player wins if they kill 5 goats. The goat player wins if all four tigers are completely trapped and unable to make any valid move.
