The Frozen Jewel.
Task 1: Remove a frozen jewel by a simple 3 or more jewel match. Note that nothing will drop under the frozen jewel until it is removed.
Solution: Match a frozen jewel with 2 or more jewels within the time limit.
Task 2: Bonus Task (Great Cup): Solve 75 jewels in 10 seconds.
Solution: Remove 75 jewels from the play area in 10 seconds.
