Is there a certain character on order board that will increase my chance of getting Glass Pane?

Is there a file anywhere that tells me of the quests for the memory tree???

Keep getting message that I need to okay permission to allow contact with my HA friends.  How do I do this?  Not sure what I did to stop it.  Thank you.
