I have sent "Neighbor" request to known Dynasty players that are in my friends List on Facebook. THey get the request click on them and get taken to the game but I still have 0 neighbors. I have tried FireFox, Chrome, and Facebook's Gameroom all with the same results. Then emptied cache and deleted cookies and rebooted my PC and got the same results.  Even turned off Avast to no avail.  I'm also not showing up in the neighbor bar at the bottom. THey have sent me neighbor request and get the same results.   Any suggestions?
