Solution: The Mascot Academy can be found in the operations section of the build menu.
Task 2: Place a Mascot in to your park.
Solution: Click on the Mascot Academy and click the place button under the Mascot.
Task 3: Have a Mascot perform 1 time for the park guests.
Solution: After placing a Mascot, click on them and click on the perform button.
