I purchased 100 keys with my coins and did not get them.  I was in the middle of a game with 1 bingo and well on my way to one or two more when I received a server error from your end.  Is there any way to get reimbursed for all of this.  I also lost the 200 chips it cost me to play the game.  I was in Rome.  The same thing happened to me yesterday with one of your other games but I could not find out how to contact the developers.  Thanks.
