Got a bingo but game froze and didn't receive credit for bingo!!

I have had this game for years and I enjoyed it until this year! Now the game doesn't load right...take a long time for cards to come up and when they do and game is in play....it runs a couple numbers and it over. Or I get to play finally and then no score gets recorded. I have tryed to be patient but I am starting to just give up on this game. Half the time it just doesn't work and it isnolonger fun. I have spent lots of money on this game only to have my tickets get taken without the privage to even play. I took snap shots of my plays and even the return to lobby when it takes the 10 tickets away and the 5000 points I won for playing 5 tickets to play each card! I am so tired of getting ripped off! Can you or will you help me to really get in the game? Or must I give up and count all my losses??? Sincerely, JUDY Doherty
